Yoga Retreats are a wonderful opportunity to connect with community, Nature and ourselves. They allow us more time & space to rest, relax, slow down and deepen our healing & transformation through mindful & heart opening processes in a safe & supportive space.
Why Practise with me?
I’ve been practising and teaching yoga and sound healing for over a decade, training in India, Nepal, Bali and South Africa. My background includes Hatha and Yin yoga, meditation, breathwork (Pranayama), mantra and sound healing.
I offer an inclusive, non-judgemental safe space where all levels can connect with movement, breath and sound. My classes support anxiety relief, self-awareness and transformation, while nurturing community and belonging.
