In 2006, with my last $50 in my pocket in New Zealand, I was hired as a nature guide and so began my dream tour guiding career, showing people around the scenic delights of New Zealand’s magical South Island. Over the last 6 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to lead groups across North, South and East Africa as an overland guide and cook. Based in Cape Town, I also work as a freelance city tour guide, and since 2013 I have been contracted by the University of North Carolina to design and lead 3-week study abroad groups to Africa and Asia once a year.
I am a registered Tour guide (WC4571) and qualified in First Aid Level 2. With my diverse people skills, travel experience, adaptability and ability to think on my feet, I confidently arrange any specialised tour of your choice.
